Return & Refund Policy

All products purchased from Tiravelia can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, including sale, made-to-order, and custom-sized items. We do not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be explained when we provide your return instructions.

How to return

Email service@tiravelia.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions, including any applicable shipping arrangements and costs, before you send the item. Please do not send an item to our business address without return instructions.

Return items in the condition received, unworn and unaltered, with tags and accessories where applicable. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos; we will help resolve the issue. This condition requirement does not limit your rights for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take longer to post the refund. For an exchange, contact us so we can discuss availability and return instructions.

Cancellations

Any unshipped order can be canceled for a full refund, including sale, custom-sized, and made-to-order orders. Once an order ships, the 30-day return process above applies.
