Tiravelia operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Tiravelia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has entered processing or has been shipped.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other governmental fees that may apply.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, increased order volume, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
If your order is lost, damaged, delivered incorrectly, or shown as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at service@tiravelia.com. We may request your order number, photographs, videos, packaging information, shipping label, or other documentation needed to investigate the matter.
Any resolution will be provided in accordance with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Tiravelia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and GREENPEAK LLC, doing business as Tiravelia.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by Tiravelia and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders or for injuries, damages, losses, claims, or disputes arising from products purchased from Tiravelia.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising directly from your purchase of products from Tiravelia.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim and even if the possibility of such damages was known or foreseeable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
