Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. A shipment confirmation and tracking details are sent when available.

Estimated transit time

Our current standard delivery estimate for in-stock items is approximately 2–4 weeks for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe, and approximately 2–5 weeks for other destinations, after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, weather, carrier delays, or peak periods may extend transit time. Some items may ship separately.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking can take several days to appear in a carrier system. You may use the link in your shipment email or a tracking site such as 17TRACK. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered, email us with the order number. We will work with the carrier and help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund; handing a parcel to the carrier does not end our support.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address. Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund. All products can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery; no restocking fee applies. See our Return Policy.
